Stronger Together: Springboks vs. All Blacks - A Battle of Pride and Unity

Dear Silke Supporter,

I hope this message finds you in great spirits as we head into another thrilling chapter in rugby history. Last week, the Springboks triumphed over New Zealand at Ellis Park, and now, with the series continuing in Cape Town, the excitement is palpable. While the All Blacks still enjoy significant support in parts of our community due to historical ties from the apartheid era, our coach Rassie Erasmus is determined to unite the nation under one banner: belief in the new South Africa.

This week's game promises to be a battle of strategy. According to Jerome, the Boks are expected to win by 9 points. The difference-maker? Penalties. The Springboks will play for territory, forcing set pieces and relying on Handré Pollard's accurate goal kicking. His inclusion in the squad highlights the importance of precision in these key moments.

As we get ready to support the Springboks, it's important to respect those who may cheer for the All Blacks. In the end, we are all part of a diverse, united South Africa, and we are #StrongerTogether.

Let's rally behind our team, whether you're in the stadium or supporting from home. Here's to another great game, another great chapter in our rugby story, and an unshakeable sense of pride in being South African!

Oh yes - look out for the Thomalongs in the stadium! A BIG box of Smarties is yours if you spot us and WhatsApp us a pic. LOL!

I look forward to talking with you again soon.

Yours in health,
