Please be aware of a new phishing SMS being sent to an undisclosed list of recipients, including but not limited to Allan Gray clients.

Example of phishing SMS message

Some red flags in the fraudulent SMS:

• Not addressing the client by name
• Incorrect grammar
• Incorrect contact number
• Creating a sense of urgency for the recipients to call back

You should never respond to these kind of requests or provide any personal information.
