Gearing for Successful Growth at Silke Financial Services

Dearest Silke Clients

We are in the process of implementing certain changes to our processes and software systems that are necessary to support our successful growth, and to maintain the professionalism of our service. At the same time, we are also making a few changes within our team.

To assist us in this process, we would be very pleased if you could address all future communications to engage@silke.co.za This will enable us to more effectively prioritise and deal with all matters requiring our attention, and assure you of prompt service.

As you know, Jon Jaaback who has 15 years’ of experience as a management consultant has joined our team and will be managing the change programme along with Carolyn Boyce.

Adv. Ken Silke, our founder, has taken on more legal work in the financial services industry and in future his clients will be consulting with Shane Thom, our Managing Partner. In order to manage his increasing load, Shane is now supported by Linda Graham (B.BusSci Marketing, Economics, UCT).

Trevor Wadeley will be dedicated to managing our core operational team that will focus on implementing the recommendations of the financial planning team.

As well as supporting the change program, Carolyn Boyce will manage the front office.
