Welcome to our team, Jon

We are pleased and excited to introduce a new member to the Silke Team with the appointment of our very own Operations Manager, Jon Jaaback.

Jon has a background as a professional engineer (1989 - 1996), and more recently as a management consultant with the firm Accenture (1998 - 2012), where he gained considerable experience in the Financial Services sector. Jon holds an MBA from UCT (1997).

He will be responsible for streamlining operations and ensuring optimal service levels for Silke's clients as the business continues to grow and expand its service offering.

Jon relishes the challenge that lies ahead: "It's not every day that you get to join a young, dynamic and successful company like Silke, in an industry that itself is undergoing a significant transformation, and get to help take it to the next level."
